Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:

  • Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
  • Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.

The Company’s Website includes certain features, including e-commerce features, hosted on the shopify.com platform.  Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

This Policy does not amend, replace or modify the Terms of Service and Conditions of Use applicable to your use of the Website. 

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information regarding residents of the United States.  If you reside outside of the United States, then we will collect, process, store and use data in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction, which may differ from this Privacy Policy.

INFORMATION COLLECTED.

The Website is intended for adults only.  The Company will not knowingly collect or use any personal information from children under the age of 18.  In addition, the Company will delete any information in the Company’s database that the Company knows originates from a child under the age of 18.
